We know all the benefits, so how do we get our kids to eat them? My daughters started eating green vegetables (steamed and puréed fresh) every day. Starting with green peas, carrots, green beans and avocado ( I know it’s a fruit) they grew up having acquired a taste for them. It’s easy guys – feed your kids veggies, not sweets, fries or spaghetti, and they’ll grow up knowing and loving their veggies. Is that positive reinforcement? I don’t think so. It’s just good and healthy parenting.
