So, you’ve conquered the cleanse … Now what?
The next couple weeks will be make-it-or-break-it for your metabolism and your mind. Will you give in to the ice cream and pizza pie, or will you transition to good nutrition and stay on track?
EACH MORNING:

Keep it lean, clean and green. Stick to eggs and clean proteins, dark leafy green vegetables and grains like quinoa, lentils and beans. No carbs after 2PM if you want to keep your metabolism running high.
