Michelle Obama’s arms: Sexy, yet attainable

I recently appeared in The International Herald Tribune where I shared my take on First Lady Michelle Obama’s arms and how to get them.



Sleeves or no sleeves, the First Lady’s arms are sexy and feminine and something many women aspire to have.

How can I get Michelle Obama arms?

No matter how old you are, or how flabby you may feel, sexy toned arms are attainable. You don’t need a trainer and you don’t need a gym membership to get there either.

Start by trying to do 15 to 25 push-ups every day.

If full push-ups are too hard for you right now, do partial push-ups (knees on floor). If you can’t do partial push-ups, start with the “plank.” (In this position, you’ll simulate the “up” part of a push-up for 30 seconds. Keep your abs tight and your back flat the entire time).



Gradually add to the number of reps you do and you’ll see a huge change.
